Yonder Creative was founded by Rodney McDaniel, Jr., a Washington, D.C.-based choreographer, performer, videographer, and music producer who has spent over 15 years living and breathing dance at every level.

Rodney's journey began as a dancer and grew into something much larger. As a performer, he joined the Washington Wizards Dancers during their inaugural 2018–2019 season, an experience that gave him a firsthand look at what it means to create at the professional level, where the standard for music, content, and presentation is uncompromising.

That experience didn't just shape his craft; it shaped his entire approach to client work. Rodney knows what it feels like to stand on a competition floor waiting for your music to hit. He knows what it means to need your reel to open a door. He knows the difference between a mix that's technically correct and one that actually moves a crowd. That perspective is what sets Yonder Creative apart from every other creative agency in the space.

Over the past decade, Rodney has developed expertise in music production, videography, graphic design, and content creation, building a skill set that enables Yonder Creative to serve clients as a comprehensive one-stop creative partner. From a community dance studio preparing for its first recital to a professional sports organization with a national audience, every project receives the same level of care, intention, and craft.
