We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our Services, submit a custom mix request, make a purchase, or contact us. This may include:

Google Form Submissions. When you submit a custom mix request through our Google Form, we collect the information you provide in that form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event details, and song preferences. This information is used solely to fulfill your custom mix request and communicate with you about your order.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. Please notify us of any changes to your information.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit or navigate our Services. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. Opting Out of Marketing — You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Please note that we may still send you non-marketing communications related to your orders or account.
Cookies — Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies, though doing so may affect certain features of our Services.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Some browsers and devices include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature that signals your preference not to have your browsing activity tracked. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been established, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this policy accordingly.

Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the past twelve months, we have not collected personal information falling into any of the standard categories defined under California law, including identifiers, financial information, biometric data, geolocation data, or sensitive personal information. We do collect name, email address, phone number, billing address, and mix request details as described in Section 1.
California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about the categories of personal information we disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a registered account with our Services, you may request removal of content you have publicly posted. Contact us at rodney@yonder-creative.com with your email address and a statement that you reside in California.

Utah Residents

Virginia Residents
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling. To submit a request, contact us at rodney@yonder-creative.com. We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if needed. If your appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
Yes. We may update this privacy notice from time to time to stay compliant with applicable laws. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted, indicated by the revised date at the top of this page.
