Terms of Purchase — Yonder Creative

These Terms of Purchase govern all custom mix orders and pre-made mix purchases made through Yonder Creative. By submitting a request or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Song Ownership
By purchasing or requesting a mix, you confirm that you own a legitimate copy of each song included in the chosen or requested mix. Yonder Creative reserves the right to decline any request that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable copyright law.
2. Edited Versions
All mixes produced and delivered by Yonder Creative consist of edited versions of songs. Purchases do not include the original recordings. Yonder Creative does not sell, transfer, or sublicense any original master recordings.
3. Licensing & Documentation
Yonder Creative cannot provide licensing or release documents for purchased or custom mixes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work. It is the sole responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary licenses or permissions required for their intended use.
4. Venue & Event Compliance
Our mixes contain copyrighted elements. Yonder Creative strongly recommends verifying that the venue or event at which you intend to use the music permits the use of copyrighted content. Yonder Creative assumes no responsibility for any licensing requirements, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third-party venues or governing bodies.
5. Liability
Yonder Creative does not assume responsibility for any misuse of purchased or delivered mixes. By completing a purchase or submitting a custom mix request, the client accepts full responsibility for how the mix is used.
6. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed project total is required prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final mix. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received and confirmed. Yonder Creative reserves the right to withhold final delivery until payment has been made in full.
7. Turnaround Time
Custom mix orders are typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the date the deposit is received and all required project details have been submitted. Turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity and current workload. Yonder Creative will communicate any delays in a timely manner.
8. Revision Policy
Each custom mix order includes up to three revisions at no additional cost. A revision is defined as a reasonable adjustment to an existing mix, such as changes to transitions, timing, or song order. Requests that constitute a significant change to the original project scope may be subject to additional fees, at Yonder Creative's discretion. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
9. Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Purchased and custom mixes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event that Yonder Creative is unable to fulfill a custom order, the client's deposit will be refunded in full.
